Sizing is Off

I love the way it looks, but I'm really disappointed with this hat. I ordered a size 7 since my boyfriend has a Green Lotus Celtic Knot Grassroots in a size 7 and it fit fine. I got this in the mail today and tried it on and it is SOOO much smaller than his. If I would have known that this size 7 wasn't true to size I would've gone a size up. So basically, I purchased a hat that I can never wear...
